Assure Holdings Corp. Announces Update
DENVER, Aug. 08, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Assure Holdings Corp. (the “Company” or “Assure”) (TSXV: IOM; OTCQB: ARHH), a provider of intraoperative neuromonitoring services announces that it expects to file unaudited financial statements and management discussion & analysis (MD&A) for the first quarter ended March 31, 2018 (the “First Quarter Filings”), with the British Columbia Securities Commission (the “BCSC”) and on www.sedar.com on or before August 17, 2018. As disclosed yesterday, the Company reported financial results and filed its annual audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2017 and restated audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2016 (the “Audited Statements”). Now that the Audited Statements have been disclosed and filed, the Company is working vigorously to complete the First Quarter Filings. The Company will schedule an investor call to review financial and operational performance, as well as address its outlook once the First Quarter Filings are filed. As a result of the delay in filing the First Quarter Filings, the BCSC has imposed a cease trade order (the “CTO”) on the Company effective August 7, 2018 pursuant to National Policy 11-207 – Failure-to-File Cease Trade Orders and Revocations in Multiple Jurisdictions. Once the First Quarter Filings are complete, the Company will immediately apply for a revocation of the CTO. The Company will provide additional disclosure as and when information becomes available in respect of the revocation of the CTO.
