Assure Holdings Receives DTC Eligibility and Approval for Uplisting to OTCQB

DENVER, Feb. 25, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Assure Holdings Corp. (the “Company” or “Assure”) (TSXV: IOM; OTCQB: ARHH), a provider of intraoperative neuromonitoring services, has received approval from the Depository Trust Company (DTC), making its shares DTC eligible. In addition, the company’s common shares have been approved for trading on the OTCQB effective immediately and will remain under the symbol “ARHH.”

DTC provides depository and book entry services, along with a settlement system for equities in the United States and across the globe. The organization is a member of the U.S. Federal Reserve System and a registered clearing agency with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition, major U.S. stock exchanges, including Nasdaq and NYSE, require DTC eligibility to be listed on the respective exchanges.

The OTCQB is a premier market committed to providing investors high-quality trading and enhanced liquidity. To be listed, a company must be current in its financial reporting, pass a minimum bid price test and undergo an annual company verification and management certification process. Due to these more stringent standards, the Securities and Exchange Commission considers the OTCQB an established public market.

“Receiving DTC eligibility and approval for uplisting to the OTCQB market is an important step forward that expands Assure’s potential investor base in the United States,” said John A. Farlinger, Assure’s executive chairman and interim CEO. “Given the strong foundation we have laid and the continued execution of our growth strategy, we look forward to introducing our unique story to additional investors in 2019 and beyond.”
